Located in the city of Jarinu (SP), our training complex is only 70km far from São Paulo, the 4th largest city in the world with over 20 million inhabitants. Santa Filomena has 4 world-class training pitches and accommodation for 200 people with full infrastructure.
Meet our staff
Rodolfo Canavesi
CEO
Mr. Canavesi has 16 years of experience in youth and professional Football Management, in addition to 5 years in consulting firms (Ernst & Young and A.T. Kearney). He holds a bachelor degree in Engineering from Escola Politecnica de Sao Paulo, has an international master's degree in Management from FIFA. He served as CEO for Sportive Brasil (2007-15), Executive Manager of youth football at São Paulo Futebol Clube (2015-17) and CEO of Estoril Praia Futebol SAD (2017-20), which currently plays in the first division of the Portuguese League. He also has international experience as a consultant and executive in Portugal, England, Italy, Switzerland and Mexico.
Larissa Li
Director of People and Culture
Mrs. Li holds a degree in Psychology from PUC-SP and has completed courses in Strategic Leadership for Human Resources at Columbia Business School and Coaching at CTI Co-Active Coaching.
She served as a Human Resources mentor at Endeavor, a field she became deeply passionate about, building a career spanning over 15 years with solid and strategic roles at companies such as Cia de Talentos, THB Group Brasil, where she served as Director of People and Management, and Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo, where she was a partner responsible for the Human Resources department.
